New York, New York!

So I arrived in New York City in the waning weeks of May 2007. Fortunately, I already had some friends who were living in the city. I stayed at the apartment of my friend Glenn for my first months and a half. Then, my friend Kyle got back in town and we started the aparmtent search. We found this amazing place in the Upper East Side and invited Glenn to move in with up when he got back. Read all about it in my journal post here.

I immediately started working at the University of Phoenix in Jersey City as an enrollment counsellor. Although my background is in television production and theatre, I will stick with UoP for now.

So here I am in the big city. For now, I'm just focused on getting my life stable while I try to balance work and play. I love it here and will probably be here for a long time. Although, you never know when the wind will change...
