Okay, so I suck at updating my webpage. But I have been extremely busy! Seriously. With work and play rehearsals and new friends, it's been a busy and tiring time. However, that's the way I like it. Keeping busy and hanging with peeps (and I mean, people, not those disgusting Easter marshmallow things). I'm only at my house to sleep these days, and sometimes not even then.

So anyways, what's been up with me for the past three weeks or so? I think my feelings would best be expressed in a dated timeline:

Tues. 06/14 - Mon. 06/20
This week was spent working at the coffee shop and waiting for Grease rehearsals to start. It was a very long and drawn out week, but I had fun learning how to run Perks! with my aunt. That Sunday, I went to a drum circle on the beach on Treasure Island. Tons of people brought out their congos and bongos and jimbaes and just played away. It was magical feeling just sitting there with the drums pounding and listening to the waves crash.

Tues. 06/21 - Thurs 06/30
Grease rehearsals started! Tons of fun was had as I met new people and stayed up much to late to hang out after hours. All of the cast members are really great, and I have had a wonderful time getting to know them. There were random times during this week and a half period, such as late night karaoke at Applebees's, the sleep over in the parent-less Tampa home, and learning the importance of a "slut bag." Good times... Good times, indeed.

Fri. 07/01 - Tues. 07/05
Come Forth on July! The holiday weekend was fun!!!! Claire, Jason, and Johnny came down to Tampa for the weekend. Claire and Jason flew in on that Friday, and we just went out for food and such. Saturday, Johnny got in, and the three of them went to Busch Gardens while I went to play rehearsal. Saturday night was spent clubbing it up and crashing at a friend's house. On Sunday, we went to another friend's apartment to sun bathe and eat lunch. That night, I took them to the drum circle on Treasure Island. On Monday, Jason and Johnny went home, but not before some shopping at the I-Mall. Claire stayed through until the next day. All in all, it was a fun (but exhausting) weekend.

Wed. 07/06 - Sat. 07/09
Grease rehearsals started up again, and I started running the shop without Ann. She was in Mississippi for the rest of the week. That was nerve wracking. However, I feel like I did a good job. I guess we'll find out tomorrow when she goes back to the shop. The few days were also sleep-deprived. On Tuesday night, I ended up only getting 5 hours of sleep because of rehearsal and getting to the shop early. Wednesday night, we did karaoke again and I only got 4 hours of sleep. I threw a party at my house on Thursday night (crazy on my part, I know). There were about 20 people crammed into my little house, and I didn't go to bed until close to 4 a.m. I had to be up by 7. So Friday was a blah day, but it was worth it. I made up for it with 11 hours of sleep that night and 11 hours last night.

So that's what's been going on. Right now, we're dealing with the outer rim of hurricane Dennis, but the weather hasn't gotten bad here at all. I think the worst of it was last night and that was just some rain and winds. No big deal. So now, everyone can quit sending me desperate message to see if I'm okay! Dennis passed about 100 miles west of us! However, I do appreciate the concern.

Wow, long entry. I'll stop now. Send me emails to make sure I update more regularly. Much love, peeps (and that time, I was talking about the candy)!
